• Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund.
• Refund or credit will be issued for reutrnd postmarked witin 14days of original purchase date only. 
• Credit will be issued to orginal form of payment.
• Items must be returned in orginal condition/with seal unbroken.
• Return shipping and original shipping charges will not be credited.
• If there is an issue with shipping Primitive Recharge Holistic Wellness Company will try to contact purchaser, if no response Primitive Recharge Holistic Wellness Company will hold on the package for 90 days and then be put back into stock for ordering. 
• All sale and clearance items are final sale.

Please communicate with us about any custom orders. If a delay occurs due to lack of customer communication, the customer is responsible for the shipping difference or must allow us to ship at a later date. If an order arrives late because of a UPS related issue, we will refund a portion of the shipping/rush expense. To avoid any chances of your order arriving late for your scheduled event, we strongly recommend upgrading your delivery to a sooner date.
